Funhouse Bozos

the boys couldn't make it to their playgroup at the park today, so erica let them outside to burn off some steam. they figured out that you can actaully see through glass block. i was working inside and snapped these with my phone

Swing Vote

This afternoon, Lo was sitting on my lap and we were flipping through the paper. All of the sudden he points and says "Daddy!" I look down and he's pointing to John Edwards. Then he points at Guliani in the image next to him and says "Grandad!"


(Then he sat with a pensive look on his face for a minute and looked at me and said "Uncle Bud.")

step stool

we recently bought logan a taller step stool, so that he can reach all those hard to get places while dishwashing...

actually, this is logan's new obsession. we have to hide it in the bathroom so he doesn't carry it around the house climbing up and getting at all the forbidden items we have placed out of his reach. here he is raiding the liquor cabinet and getting near all of our charging electronics. next, he will visit the knives.

taking pictures

logan is obsessed with taking pictures. as i checked the camera to see if erica had taken any new photos, i noticed that there were literally 68 new photos and 10 new movies on the camera! here is a smattering of the photos from our budding young photographer...

the credenza

logan has found a new place to play, the credenza...logan refers to getting in and closing the door on himself as "getting on the bus". the real mastermind behind hiding in the credenza is his buddy mascis, who last week locked erica and logan out of the house all by himself.

happy new year

we celebrated the new year by taking logan to the children's museum for the first time. with an endless supply of buttons to push and cars and buses to drive, logan was in heaven.

for reasons unknown, Logan has taken to smashing hummus and pita onto his head. he can have an entire plate full of different food, but only the hummus and pita are rubbed in. very odd...
