Spring Has Sprung

Around these parts when it finally gets warm, people all over come crawling out the woodwork. Those of you smart enough to live where the sun actually shines most of the year will indulge us the multiple photo ops.

Yesterday the weather was so nice, Logan's own backyard could not contain him.

Living next to a playlot park is officially starting to pay off...

Logan's first reaction to sand was much like his first reaction to grass which would be something like "Ew."

That's right, even the playlot next door wasn't enough because we needed a swing, so off to Holstein Park - ironically enough, next door to where we used to live.

The Lo-Down

I'd change the name of the entire blog to "The Lo-Down," but that might just be too much trouble.

I digress...

Anyhow, here's Logan enjoying a popsicle. Tasty, and good when you've got more choppers coming in.

Yesterday marked the 10 year anniversary of our first date; Logan celebrated the occasion by running around with his pants on his head.

And today I threw Logan in the Bjorn (while I still can - he's about to outgrow the thing) and we mowed the yard (anyone keeping track, I just hung an extra 25# on me, and our mower runs on human power) and then played in the freshly mowed grass.

Logan got to bust into some Easter goodies today.

Luckily, you can chew on plastic eggs for a looooong time.

Yesterday Logan got a new coiffure from his mom, (which didn't stay up for long,) and he got to make a new friend, Finn, over at Samira and Alex's.
